The Kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, an electric oven with circular stone for pizza cooking, an hob with 4-burner gas stove and with all appliances in general as well as, digital terrestrial and satellite TV sockets for the free channel reception, and Ultra HD LED TVs in the adjacent Whitened Oak lounge. Kitchen is also equipped with all appliances to prepare their own dishes in complete autonomy. There is plenty of space at the Whitened Oak lounge for an abundant, tasty, and varied breakfast and to enjoy the traditional dishes of Bolognese gastronomy. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher sink, extractor hood, waste bins, non-stick cookware and dishes, microwave, iron and ironing board, kitchen utensils, cleaning and hygiene products used for home and kitchen cleanings.

Adjacent to the kitchen and to its service, the Whitened Oak Living Room is equipped with terrestrial and satellite digital TV sockets/receivers for reception of free channels, and Ultra HD TV LED. We communicate the presence of ample space for a abundant, tasty, delicious and varied breakfast and to enjoy and taste the traditional dishes of Bolognese gastronomy. There is also a large sofa bed with 2 beds available inside the Whitened Oak living room. The nearby Jolly bathroom with shower is available for guests who sleep on the sofa bed. The Whitened Oak Living is equipped with 1Gigabyte Fiber Optic Internet access in the same way like the entire Bed & Breakfast, all standard technology facilities which are built in accordance with the law, large new double windows with double glazings, 1 large extendable table, a bookcase with underneath a desk, both in precious white oak wood and new, modern and precious furnishings. ...
